From a lawyer (x) or tax consultant (x) to a secretarial assistant (x): As a rule you do not work in our Berlin headquarters, but at a personal workplace chosen by you. We provide the necessary IT equipment, you should just take care for fast internet connection and note that we must ensure data protection and safety at work.
In our team we communicate mainly via our conference platform by video and audio as well as our office chat tool. We achieve a pleasant atmosphere in our largely virtual work environment by means of flat hierarchies and broad participation of our employees.
