Our generalist approach deliberately distinguishes us from traditional commercial law firms. Our employees possess a broad professional foundation, think entrepreneurially, and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, project management, and clear communication.
Our work processes are entirely digital and collaborative. From lawyers and tax advisors to assistants and back-office staff, our employees typically work from a self-selected location rather than a fixed office location. We provide the entire IT and software infrastructure. The only requirements are a stable internet connection and a willingness to comply with defined data protection and occupational safety standards.
Internal collaboration takes place via established video and audio conferencing systems as well as our firm's chat function. Clear processes, flat hierarchies, and transparent employee involvement ensure a professional and respectful working environment, even in the virtual setting.
